Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges
may apply.
FREE Oversized vehicle parking is subject to availability.
Children of all ages are welcome. There is no capacity for cribs at this property.
Minimum age to check in is 18 Years.
Please note: There is no breakfast served. All guest rooms are equipped with a fridge, Microwave and Coffee Maker/Coffee supplies.
All rooms have a desk, Private bathroom equipped with bath and shower combo, flat screen TV and Heat/Air Conditioning.
SMOKING (includes Cigarettes, Pipes, Vapes, Marijuana - all incendiary devices): All rooms are Non-Smoking. We do have outside designated smoking areas
for your convenience. Failure to comply will result in a $200 cleaning fee.
PETS: Pets are allowed with $50 security deposit in addition to a daily $25 pet fee at check in. The security deposit will be fully refunded within 7 days after
check out, so long as there isn't any damage to the property.
PERSONAL PROPERTY LOSS/DAMAGE: Sundown Lodge is not responsible for any loss or damage of property in guest room or on Sundown Lodge property.
Lock up your valuables or take them with you.

Cancellation Policy

Please give at least a 24-hour notice for cancellations. Otherwise, you may be subject to a charge.
Same-day Cancellations: Will be charged 100% of the daily rate per room type and number of rooms reserved.
No-Call No-Shows: Will be charged the 100% of the daily rate per room type and number of rooms reserved.
